Description

Extreme Emollient Ointment, containing Polyglycerins of 100% vegetable origin, with a moisturising action, combined with a Polyisobutene mixture, can draw water into the stratum corneum and retain it there. The other active ingredients, Lauroyl Lysine and Kaolin, have a soothing effect and make the skin soft.

Thanks to these ingredients, the ointment has an excellent emollient action against extreme dryness.

The most well-known form of dryness is that affecting the elderly; lifestyle also contributes to dryness or xerosis of the skin, through such habits as frequent washing, use of aggressive cleansers and prolonged exposure to the sun, resulting in photo-ageing.

Then, there are also chronic diseases and medications that contribute to dry skin.

  • It is non-comedogenic as its ingredients cannot penetrate the pores of the skin, nor can they be absorbed by the skin itself.
  • Non-occlusive, it allows perspiration, an essential condition for healthy skin.

These properties mean that it can also be applied to counteract dryness of the face, where creams and other types of ointments are uncomfortable and poorly tolerated or cause blackheads to form.

Instructions for use

WHEN? Generally in the evening, for some treatments morning application is recommended.

HOW MUCH? Apply it in quantities of 1 or 2 squirts per area to be treated.

HOW? Massage it into the skin until completely absorbed.
